THE SHIELDS OF FAITH

Let's set our journey back to the time before 2019 and 2020 were recorded in the Kenyan callender; when this great team had its members scattered in different highschools. Time passed and transition happened.

The years 2019 and 2020 are historic since it's when this team of wise men and women came into picture.

The name, "SHIELDS OF FAITH" came from the book of Ephesians 6:16. Through the years this group has evinced great FAITH and godly wisdom.

THE GREATEST RETREAT EVER! REALITY VS FAITH

There was this great retreat. During the planning period things were not vivid but vague and obscured. We had thought it was possible to have the retreat at "KARURA FOREST." Though, just a few days before the awaited day, we met and tried to put things together, however, all was in vain; because nothing seemed to add up. Unwillingly, we had to change the venue to "CITY PARK", a cheaper alternative. Notwithstanding, we still had FAITH that we were going to KARURA FOREST so we left the venue as it was.

It was funny that the poster indicated KARURA FOREST but reality indicated CITY PARK. The great day reached, we were ready and set for CITY PARK. Still not sure if it was REALITY or FAITH that was going to take the day.

Amazingly, things turned inside out. Our family dad, "Josiah Muoki" decided to top up the contribution so that we can go to KARURA FOREST. FAITH won and REALITY had to give up?
